I did a little digging and figured out why that social networking site decided to block me this afternoon.
I had my profile setup to automaticly import my new blog entries as notes. This is a common practice, and there’s nothing spammy about it.
Sometime this weekend, I guess their server went nuts and imported my blog several times, so there were multiple copies of each entry. This made it look like I was posting the same thing multiple times, which looks spammy.
That’s when Facebook decided to teach me a lesson and disable my account for a little while.
It was because of a glitch on their end that this whole episode happened, mind you.
I have since logged into my account and everything is fine, except that I am still forbidden to post or import notes.
